Happy Dog Guarantee – 30 days

If your dog doesn't enjoy ZOOMI, you can return it within 30 days of delivery and get your money back (full purchase price). This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. We extend this period to 30 days from the day you receive the goods. Details and a model withdrawal form are on our Cancellation page.

How to return

1. Email support@catchzoomi.com with your order number first. Please do not send returns without contacting us.

2. Return the product to the sender address shown on the shipping label ("return to sender").

3. For withdrawals, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of returned items

You may unpack and test the product as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the return or your proof of sending it, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact support@catchzoomi.com (photos or a short video help). We will send a replacement or refund you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
